Product Hardness(HRC) Description
Low-Stress Abrasion-Resistant Electrode
FW-1101 55-62 The weld deposit provides good resistance to low-stress abrasion, but it is not suitable for high impact or collision applications. A maximum deposit of 2 layers with a thickness of 6 mm is recommended. In some cases, buffering layers may be necessary depending on the condition of the component.
FW-1102 62-65 The weld deposit offers better resistance to low-stress abrasion, but it is not suitable for high impact or collision applications. The optimum results can be achieved by hardfacing single layer. In some cases, buffering layers are necessary according to the material of the part to be welded and the conditions
FW-1103 63-66 The weld deposit offers the best resistance to low-stress abrasion in FW-11XX family with the maximum thermal stability. The optimum results can be achieved by depositing a single layer. Its maximum service temperature is up to 700℃. Buffering layers may be needed in some cases.
FW-1104 56-62 The weld deposit provides better resistance to abrasion and metal-to-metal wear at high temperature condition. It is designed specifically for hardfacing or repairing the guide plate of rolling mill.
Gouging Abrasion Resistant Electrode
FW-2101 35-45 It is suitable for gouging accompanied with moderately severe impact. The working temperature can be between ambient and 450℃. A maximum deposit of 3 layers with a thickness of 10 mm is recommended.
High-Stress(Grinding)Abrasion Resistant Electrode
FW-2102 55-65 It is suitable for high-stress grinding accompanied with moderate impact. A maximum deposit of 3 layers with a thickness of 8 mm is recommended. In some cases, buffering layers may be necessary for particular applications.
FW-2103 60-64 It is suitable for high-stress grinding & high-angle erosion accompanied with minimal impact. A maximum deposit of 3 layers with a thickness of 8 mm is recommended. Buffering layers may be necessary in some cases depending on application conditions.
High-Temperature Abrasion Eesistant Electrode
FW-3101 63-65@20°C
40-44@600°C
It is suitable for high temperature abrasion with fine particles and low impingement angles. A maximum deposit of 2 layers with a thickness of 6 mm is recommended. FW-2101 is commonly used together with FW-3101 as a buffering layer. The working temperature can be up to 700℃.
FW-3102 64-66@20°C
48-52@600°C
38-42@800°C
It is suitable for high temperature abrasion with fine particles and low impingement angles. The optimum results are achieved when hardfacing single layer. FW-2101 is commonly used together with FW-3101 as a buffering layer. The working temperature can be up to 1000℃.

38-45@600°C
28-36@800°C
It is suitable for high-temperature & metal-to-metal abrasion This electrode can be used to substitute GoGrW alloy.
FW-3104 58-62@20°C

It is suitable for high-temperature abrasion accompanied with moderate impact or medium-size particles and large-angle erosion. A maximum deposit of 3 layers with a thickness of 8 mm is recommended. FW-2101 can be used as a buffering layer. The working temperature can be up to 900℃.

It is suitable for hardfacing the components subject to severe-impact load or use as a buffering layer. For welding high-manganese steels or its dissimilar joints, FW-4101 can significantly improve the strength of the joints can be improved and crack –free.

It is suitable for hardfacing the components that are operating under severe impact load. It is the ideal material for repairing or hardfacing hard rock-crusher-rolls (such as granite), gyratory crusher interior liner or crusher hammers.
Hardfacing Electrode For Cold-Forming Tool & Die
FW-6101 56-62 It can be used for hardfacing the components without preheat or buffering layers.
FW-6102 ≤22 The deposit is air-hardening and crack-free without preheat. It has good resistance to compression, impact and metal-to-metal abrasion.
FW-6103 58 The deposit is air-hardening and crack-free without preheat. It has good resistance to compression, impact and metal-to-metal abrasion.
Hardfacing Electrode For Hot-Forming Tools & Dies
FW-7101 ≥40 The deposit has excellent resistance to thermal-fatigue, thermal-shock and metal-to-metal abrasion.
FW-7102 45 The deposit has good resistance to thermal-fatigue and high-temperature metal-to-metal abrasion.
FW-7103 52-58 The deposit has good resistance to thermal-fatigue, thermal-shock and metal-to-metal abrasion.
Martensitic Hardfacing Electrode
FW-8101 30-38 The deposit, with lath martensitic structure, has high toughness, but relatively low hardness and easy to machine. It can be further hardened through quenching and it is suitable for metal-to-metal abrasion.
FW-8102 40-45 The deposit, with lath martensitic structure, has high toughness and good resistance to severe impact. It is suitable for metal-to-metal abrasion.
FW-8103 58 Directly hardfacing on carbon steels or alloy steels, the deposit provides excellent resistance to abrasion or metal-to-metal abrasion with high impact load.
FW-8104 55-60 The deposit is air-cooled and it has high toughness and good crack-resistance. It performs good resistance to abrasion or metal-to-metal abrasion accompanied with high impact load.
FW-8105 56 The deposit, with high toughness and good crack-resistance, is air-cooled and it performs good resistance to abrasion or metal-to-metal abrasion accompanied with severe impact loading. It is also suitable for high-temperature conditions (no more than 450℃).
FW-8106 42-48 The deposit, with a uniform structure, high tensile strength and good resistance to corrosion fatigue, performs better resistance to metal-to-metal abrasion.
Cavitation-erosion&Sand-ersion Resistant Electrode
FW-9101 45 The deposit, with a uniform structure, high tensile strength and good resistance to corrosion fatigue, performs better resistance to cavitation erosion and sand erosion.
